Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address and the carrier that serves it. The exact cost is shown before you pay — we never add a charge afterwards.

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually 5–12 business days for the United States and Canada, and longer for the rest of the world.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. You can also look up your order any time on the order tracking page.

You have 90 days from delivery to decide. If the device isn't for you, contact us and send it back for a full refund of the product price. You do not need the original packaging.

We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned parcel reaching us. Shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to a fault on our side.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer — no return shipping needed.

We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, delivery address and what you bought. We use it to fulfil your order, to answer your messages, and — if you opt in — to send occasional product emails you can unsubscribe from in one click.

Payments are processed by Wix. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout and never reach us or are stored on this site.

We never sell or rent your data. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time by contacting support.

Lumora is a cosmetic wellness device. It is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Stop using it and speak to a doctor if you notice any reaction.

We may update these terms as the store grows. The version published here is the one that applies to your order.
